Bookings, Cancellations & Refunds Policy

TERMS OF USE AND SERVICE:
By booking a service with Azuska Integrative Wellness Clinic (hereinafter referred to as “Azuska”), you agree to abide by this Bookings, Cancellations, and Refund Policy (hereinafter referred to as “this Policy”) and the terms and conditions outlined below.
Azuska reserves the right to revise, alter, or update this Policy at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes made.
This Policy is incorporated into and forms part of Azuska’s Terms of Use and Service Agreement. Any terms used in this Policy will have the same meaning as defined in the Terms of Use and Service Agreement, unless otherwise specified.
Booking Retreats Procedure
To book a consultation, treatment, or wellness program at Azuska:
- Submit an Enquiry: Complete the online enquiry form with the necessary details.
- Confirmation Email: You will receive an email with service recommendations, availability, charges, and payment options.
- Modify Booking (if needed): You may request changes to your booking by replying to the confirmation email or submitting a new enquiry.
- Payment Confirmation: Once the necessary payments have been made, your booking will be confirmed via email.
- Check-in and Appointment Guidelines: Patients are required to check in at least 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment.
Booking for Online Programs
To enroll in an online program at Azuska:
- Complete Registration: Fill out the online registration form and provide all required details.
- Payment Confirmation: Online program fees must be paid in full at the time of booking.
- Access Details: Once payment is confirmed, login credentials or access links will be sent via email within 24-48 hours.
- Technical Requirements: Participants are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and compatible devices for accessing the online program.
Payment Terms
- The price for services is displayed on our website and includes applicable taxes.
- Payment can be made via:
- Bank Transfer (details provided upon request)
- Credit/Debit Card (Visa & MasterCard accepted)
- To confirm your booking, a 35% advance payment is required. Your appointment will be reserved only after receipt of this deposit.
- The remaining balance must be settled before or on the day of your appointment.
- During peak periods, Azuska reserves the right to request 100% advance payment for certain services.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, confirmed bookings will not be affected.
- Discounts, promotional offers, and packages will have their own terms and conditions and must be applied at the time of booking.
Changes to Bookings
If you need to modify an existing booking:
- Upgrades/Additions: Any additional services (e.g., extending treatment duration, adding wellness consultations) can be requested, subject to availability.
- Reductions/Removals: If you need to shorten or modify your appointment, Azuska will review the request, and any applicable refunds will follow the cancellation policy.
- All modifications must be confirmed via email.
Cancellation Policy
- Advance payments and deposits are non-refundable.
- However, deposits may be applied towards future bookings, provided the cancellation request is made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled appointment.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the appointment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
- Peak periods and special programs may have stricter cancellation policies, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
- No refunds or adjustments will be made for unused portions of booked services.
Cancellation and Refunds for Online Programs
- Refund Eligibility:
- If cancellation is requested within 48 hours of purchase, a full refund will be processed (provided the program has not been accessed).
- If cancellation is requested after 48 hours but before accessing the program, a partial refund (e.g., 50%) may be considered.
- No refunds will be issued once the program has been accessed or if cancellation is requested beyond a specified period (e.g., 7 days after purchase).
- Technical Issues: If a participant experiences technical issues preventing access, they must report the problem within 24 hours for assistance or alternative access.
- Deferrals: Instead of a refund, users may request to defer their enrollment to a future batch of the program, subject to availability.
- Changes to Course Content: Azuska reserves the right to update or modify the program content without prior notice to improve learning outcomes.
- Session Rescheduling: If live sessions are included, Azuska may reschedule them due to unforeseen circumstances, with prior notice to participants.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed based on the cancellation terms outlined above.
- Refunds will be credited to the same payment method used for the transaction.
- Refunds may take 15-30 business days to process, depending on bank and payment provider timelines.
- Exchange rates are determined by the respective financial institution handling the transaction. Azuska is not liable for currency fluctuations affecting refund amounts.
- Government regulations prevailing at the time of the refund request will be applicable.
Group Bookings and Cancellations
- A group booking is classified as a group of 10 or more individuals.
- Clients must follow the payment schedule provided at the time of booking.
- If the group cancels 30+ days before the appointment, a full refund of the deposit will be issued.
- If the group cancels within 30 days of the appointment, the deposit will be non-refundable.
- Azuska reserves the right to cancel or reschedule group bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, with full refunds provided where applicable.
- Weather conditions, technical issues, or natural occurrences affecting clinic operations do not qualify for refunds.
