I participated in the Transformational Meditation retreat; I had a truly profound experience. I was expecting to learn about meditation which I did but that was just the tip of the iceberg. I learnt about Ayurvedic medicine, yoga and nutrition. I came away with knowledge that I believe will help me to live a better life and the habits that will help me maintain this. The team at the beach house are kind and attentive and couldn't do more to make me feel comfortable and make sure I was getting a good experience.
I just love it here! It’s so peaceful, beautiful, private. The perfect ambiance to really rest, relax and return to great health. My second time of the TBR Programme and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I loved more this time and realised more too! I really achieved everything I hoped and more. The program, staff, doctors, therapists, yoga instructors, treatments, everyone made my stay so pleasurable and relaxing. I felt I was in best care at all times. Every day was organised with such precision, the whole experience was just to smooth and wonderful. My huge and heartfelt thanks to you all. The location is beautiful with the lush greenery on the way in and the ocean and beach, a wonderful serenity for the retreat. The staff are kind and accommodating and they made it a fantastic experience. I am happy with all of the services, teachings treatments, housekeeping laundry, yoga instructions and the front desk. I look forward to returning to this location for detox and to further my education in Ayurvedic nutrition, health and wellness.

This Weight Loss Retreat has offered me much more than what the name suggest. It has endowed me with 'complete wellness'. My mind & body was treated the way it deserved and needed to be treated. The peaceful ambience, wonderful diet plan, yoga sessions, relaxing massages, inspirational and educational discourses have truly rejuvenated me - physically & mentally.
